Turning messy data into clean, reliable systems. CS student working on databases, data pipelines and Python automation, with a long-term path toward AI engineering.
I am a final-year Computer Science student at UBIT, University of Karachi, working toward a career in data engineering and, longer term, AI engineering.
What I enjoy most is the unglamorous part of data work: cleaning raw sources, designing a schema that holds up, and automating a process until nobody has to do it by hand again. During my internships I designed a PostgreSQL database that is now deployed and in use, built a pipeline that turned weeks of manual work into about one, and replaced a paper-based attendance process with an offline system.
How I work:Start from the problem: I look at how a task is done today, find what is repetitive or error-prone, and automate that part first.
Data first: Cleaning, validation and a sound schema come before any modelling or dashboard.
Honest about tools: I use AI assistance where it speeds me up, and I am clear about which parts I designed and which I generated.
I am looking for an internship or junior role in data engineering or data science, where I can work on real data and keep growing alongside experienced engineers.
Whether you have a project in mind, a question about data, or just want to say hello — my inbox is always open. Actively looking for data engineering and data science internship or junior opportunities.
